Ty so much bro you don’t know how much help you are I have been trying to pitch into the middle of a tire for a day and have not been successful But I used To pitch when I was 9 now I’m 11 and Turing 12 in July and asking for baseballs and a new mit and everything else I need and when I got done watching this video I went outside and did that drill and first try it went into the tire and I did it agin and it went through the tire and then finally I decided to do a normal pitch and it went perfect through the middle so tysm!

Hey I’m 13, 14 in April and I’m throwing 68-70 from 60, 6 but this upcoming weekend will be my third time throwing from 60, 6 and my bicep always seems to hurt I want to say it’s because I didn’t really throw like I should’ve for almost 2 years because of covid and I can’t go for longer than 2 innings without my arm starting to hurt is it just because I’m not used to pitching from 60, 6 or what’s going on?
