Tie a knot at end of towel, put knot in between throwing fingers, works nice, plus it’s more realistic when follow thru rather than trying to wrap a towel around, that is all, gd video👍

I DO THIS! I STRONGLY recommend this! It helps you get loose and i do this by hitting a towel on a ball bucket that is at a distance from me. I love this drill! I've had much arm pain and this helps and causes less stress because it makes your arm loose! I LOVE DOING THIS🔥

My boy really wants to pitch (first year of 12u). We have stepped it off and set him up a target. I would like more drills for brand new pitchers if you have time we will take advice. We have seen the others and are ready to move forward
