Road to Gold is an original series produced by I Am Creative LLC and directed by Jack Nelson. This series takes a behind the scenes look at the life and journey of Olympian Kenny Bednarek as he seeks to win a Gold Medal in the 200 meter race at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Kenny, a United States and Nike athlete is a 1x Olympic Games Silver Medalist, 1x Diamond League Champion, and 1x World Championships Silver Medalist. Achieving personal bests of 9.89s in the 100m, 19.68s in the 200m, and 44.73s in the 400m, Kenny is a force to be reckoned with on the track and a caring person off the track.
When he isn’t training or competing, Kenny spends his time with his girlfriend Sharmilla Nicollet and two dogs in their apartment in Florida.
🌟 As someone who came from the JuCo (Junior College) athlete, I've defied the odds to reach places many thought impossible. My path wasn't built for professionals, but here I am. I believe in the power of mindset, the thrill of overcoming daily challenges, and the importance of diversifying passions to maintain the love for what you do.
Each day, I strive to be the best, both on the track and off it, pushing for personal bests and investing in my future through avenues like real estate and other investmenets. I value my freedom, the ability to explore new cultures, and the chance to inspire others to embrace their authentic selves.
Join me as I share my journey, insights, and experiences to motivate and guide you, especially if you're walking the challenging but rewarding JuCo path. Let's break barriers, build dreams, and inspire the next generation together! 💪
