Just have to say this game is...AWESOME. Played for many years and currently playing WoW. But I seem still have interest in going back to playing it.

@ServerClosedfromhera This game was amazing back in the day, Vampires vs Vampire hunters in huge pvp battles that could size up to 1000 people was amazing in 1997. I played on a private server that made the game available in the EU and USA and it ran just as good as the retailed version.

@animeboy2015 you have to be a premium member....so if you decide to go to timore you will get a message saying you cannot enter however this was not always the case....this only happened when joymax took over

@Blashyrkh22 Just noticed he gives the year of the Korean release in the video. I didn't even know it was that old - I live in England and whichever version I played was english so god knows.

Melee vampires are far easier to play in this game, as you get a skill called "Blood Drain" which allows you to recover health from every mob as you kill them - no need for pots.

@FrozenX2p yea.... ousters are everywhere and now when you go attack the slayers in perona an ousters pops in once in a while....I kinda gave up on DE and went on to the private servers

@Quarnival Slayers are a class, they're the humans. Or what's left of the human race anyway. They have different classes. Blader, Sworder, Healer, Enchanter and Gunner.

Darkeden was a lot of fun when I played it, sadly eventually hackers started taking over and now they added ousters, which I dislike. The old vanilla vampires vs slayers without hackers is great fun, I played a circa level 130 vampire also.

@jonisen96 you need to activate it via, your email. Though if you are trying to get on the Joymax server, you won't be able to anymore. I would recommend going on "darkeden legend". Many people still play this and has active GM team and always updates :D

Given Dark Eden's age, the game isn't at all horrible.. visual its actually pretty sweet.

this game is awesome, but if u wanna play with full features just go for a private server. the joymax one doesn't offer as much.

Ah yes, DarkEden. I remember playing this in like 2005 when the game basically deteriorated into a hackers paradise. Didn't use hacks? No problem! Someone made a hack that kicked off the players that didn't hack. Then it finally went down and Joymax took up the reigns. And now I find out someone else has taken up DarkEden once more.

Man this game goes around.
