First time i'm listening to a rabbi ..pleasantly surprised by the commanality of different religions...the 5 components of the soul he speaks about is similar to the panchakosha( 5 sheaths) talked about in Vedanta..thank you for the great talk 🙏🏻

Everything... absolutely everything in the universe is energy frequency and vibration. We are conscious light beings and this is a continuum whether your soul is in the body or not. Consciousness resides outside of the body. I had three near death experiences. While at the same time I was not in my body, I remained full conscious..This has nothing to do with your physical brain. Thank you for your Divine wisdom

Very good up to the point of the soul needing nourishing, the soul needs nothing to exist, the soul is pure and cannot be influenced in any way, only the physical body can be influenced, the soul is eternal.
