Tomato and Basil Soup Recipe easy

2 x 796 mL can whole tomatoes store bought
2 cup vegetable broth
approx. 2 cup chopped leek ( white part )
6 clove fresh garlic
1/2 tbsp granulated garlic
1/3 cup regular olive oil
2 tbsp cream cheese
8 - 10 large fresh basil leaf
salt and pepper to your taste
garnish with your favorite cheese
and ENJOY!!
