Halloween ZOMBiE BRAIN PASTA || Easy + Simple

Today I'm making (and eating) zombie brains! Sounds gross, but it's surprisingly delicious and extremely nutritious. Your own brain will thank you for eating this dish 🧟

Pasta I used:

Measurements:
1 - 2 (large) Russet Potatoes
1 1/12 cups Spinach
1 - 1 1/2 cup(s) Basil
1 cup Vegetable broth (I love Engine 2 vegetable stock)
1 - 3 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 The Juice of a Lemon
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Salt
