Vegan “seafood” boil in the airfryer!! Mind blowing good!

Family the Lord put a good recipe in my spirit today!! So I use to love a seafood boil in a bag type thang right? So i decided to make a similar dish the quick vegan way in the air fryer! I used Mataki and king trumpet mushrooms for my seafood replacement🔥🙌🏾 And listen baaaabbbbyyyy it’s HITTIN!!!! Y’all come in in here and let’s make this together! Me and the Lord is pleased!!! Shrieked with laughter at the “uh-oh. HOT!” She blows for literally one second and then puts the hot potato back in her mouth and starts inhaling to cool it while chewing. I must have watched that part 7 or 8 times and laughed harder each time! LOVE THIS WOMAN!

Tab, I tried it twice and OMG it was delicious, very filling and easy! I was eating like a greedy fool and dancing just like you. The first time I did it as you said, except I substituted the okra for brussel sprouts. The second time, I did a non- vegan version adding sauteed shrimp, bok choy, and a little andouille sausage. I did pre-cook the potatoes just a little. Both meals were excellent! Thank you for another great vegan recipe that I can add to my meal options. I also love that it was done in the air fryer. Definitely a keeper!! 🤗
