I now only drink Americanos, in which I stir in 10 g of butter, instead of lattes, because the fat in the butter means that the polyphenols in the coffee can be better absorbed by the body. 🤓

Guys, please don’t put one cup of sugar. Instead recommending yall to try and taste it along the way. I just made the mistake of dumping one full cup of sugar and it’s way too sweet.
