As a very satisfied client of your editing services and one who chose the Self Publishing path, I have a lot to say which I can't and won't here. Book writing is a fascinating topic from so many points of view. I wish you the best and hope that you take extensive quality time to speak to those authors who have used your service and find out what they experienced and what would have made their experience that much better. If you can deliver that kind of service than you will succeed, grow, and flourish. I, for one, can write a book on this topic. For sure, focus on the "family feel" as opposed to a case number ( if that is possible), and help the author feel good about giving their book the best opportunity to be read by the target audience it was created for.
