Theres no way those are ticks, if im correct the only way to get ticks is walking in tall grass and have a 50/50 chance of being bitten, ticks are not found in water, however leeches are

first of all I never seen a tick in droves go after one part of someone's body ever. so I know that's fake secondly don't you usually have to tweezer ticks off your body just because you don't want to leave the head behind in the skin just in case if it does have Lyme disease or other illnesses and the only time I seen something like that. is on a dog or an animal after multiple times of exposure

That’s really easy to get those ticks off. It’s so much more difficult on our and friends animals. We use a tick remover instrument and have to twist the tick off. The vet explained if we don’t get it all of it will become infected . Those ticks just brushed off and so many all at once. Maybe they are different to the kind we get here.
