Delphi murder mystery deepens 5 years on

This weekend marks five years since the double murder of two eighth grade girls in Delphi, Indiana.

He made those threats at year 2. If you had released the entire audio and video that Liberty GOT, this would probably have been solved by a family member or acquaintance of the perp years ago. She gave you the tools but you didn't use them fully.

My theory is he’s former law enforcement and has evaded police by knowing their moves. Sadly, these types usually only get found after they strike again.

But in the clip, you can see he's a chubby dude with a beard, but the sketch doesn't depict that. Also, "witnesses recollection." How was there a witness and why haven't we heard anything about that in 5 years

Doug Carter seemed very confident, it seems like he knows more and wants to share it but can't. I believe there will be an arrest in 2022.
