What was just supposed to be a much needed holiday to Mexico earlier this year, I became so inspired by the rich culture & food in Mexico, I swiftly called up Tom and asked him to join right away, to make a film.

Our series Muy Rico will consist of 4/5 episodes, over the following few weeks & it will document the beauty & richness of Mexico & the Mexican people.

From plucking up the courage to start a YouTube channel to share my vegan recipes 5 years ago, to reaching over 1 million subscribers & now launching the first episode in my DIY food & travel show made with my friend & colleague Tom.

I have long been inspired by tv chefs & personalities such as Anthony Bourdain, Action Bronson, Keith Floyd & Rick Stein, who travel the world sharing the beautiful stories of the local people.

I have longed for the opportunity to do the same but in my style & promoting plant based food.

The series Muy Rico will consist of 4/5 episodes, over the following few weeks & it will document the beauty & richness of Mexico & the Mexican people.

When I spent a few months in Mexico I gained almost 10 pounds and I was eating vegan 😂, authentic Mexican food is so much better than most Mexican restaurants in the US
