Play this soothing white noise with binaural beats to achieve deep sleep. The binaural beats help induce delta waves in the brain, which is the brainwave associated with sleeping. This ten hour sound will help you achieve a night of great, restful sleep. Binaural beats work best when listened to with headphones.

Delta waves are a band of brainwaves that measure in cycles between .5Hz-4Hz on an EEG. These are frequencies well below human hearing (20Hz), so we need to "trick" the brain into being able to perceive cycles that low. Binaural Beats attempts to promote the creation of these brainwave frequencies by playing two different audible tones with a difference of the desired frequency, one in each ear of headphones. For instance, in my case, 53Hz and 55Hz, which has a difference of 2Hz, a Delta band frequency associated with deep sleep. This 2Hz difference intertwines inside the listener's brain which scientists believe causes it to synchronize with this 2Hz frequency. Neuro-Feedback theory suggests that the brain will recognize this 2Hz frequency as being associated with deep sleep, and will in turn, induce this state.

For this sound, I additionally added brownian noise to smooth over the dry tones. But I filtered them in such a way that they, too, contained a 2Hz frequency difference in each ear. So the brain should be perceiving a 2Hz phasing difference, from all sounds involved.

I normally sleep lightly and wake up feeling like I never rested at all, but this knocked me out quickly and gave me dreams for the first time in years! Not using headphones but stereo speakers since I roll around a lot but it works nonetheless. I like this deep tone the most out of all the white noise videos, since I get easily distracted by high frequencies and changing tones (even classical music wrecks my concentration/relaxation).

Construction on the bridge 20 feet from my bedroom window for 2 months! I'm a bus monitor so work split shift and only sleep 3 hours at night. Then I usually sleep 3 hours between bus runs(9 to 12) so the noise was keeping me from sleeping. This video saved my life! I also like the womb sounds... very relaxing and noise blocking! Sleep well everyone! 😴

I've scoured the entire Youtube for good sleep tracks with binaural beats and this is the best one I've found. Been using it for 2 years now, almost every night. I'll put another video to play in background sometimes too, but definitely need this track, either as background noise to another sleep track or sound, or by itself.

I HAVE HAD INSOMNIA MY WHOLE LIFE AND IM 56 NOW... I HAVE ALWAYS USED THE RAIN AND THUNDERSTORM VIDEOS TO TRY TO SLEEP AND THEY WORKED SEMI ALRIGHT. I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW YOUR VIDEO GOT ON MY LAPTOP PLAYING BUT IT KNOCKED ME THE FFFF OUT UNTIL IT STOPPED PLAYING. I JUST SLEPT PART OF LAST NIGHT AND ALL DAY TODAY NON STOP 10hrs STRAIGHT, AND ITS NOW 4:41pm ON SATURDAY ???

My friend recommended this to me since she knows I have crippling insomnia and honestly this does help. I haven’t been able to sleep for longer then 30 minutes at a time without waking up and having to wait another hour to fall back asleep for about 2 years now but this has allowed me to sleep for up to 4 hours without waking up. Though it’s still not a lot im slowly improving and its thanks to this
