What the EGG means in Deltarune Chapter 2

In Deltarune Chapter 1 and in Deltarune Chapter 2 you can find a secret Egg Item that a man gives you. The description of the egg reads not too important not too unimportant. This couldn't be too far from the truth, as the egg means nothing in normal gameplay. However, if you translate each letter of EGG in Wingdings font you get a bunch of hand symbols. These hand symbols are the exact movements a Knight would make in a board game. This could relate back to the theory that W.D Gaster is the Knight of Deltarune. What do you think about Gaster being the Knight? Or do you think it's Kris?

I think the egg will be important in about chapter 3 or 4, like maybe if you do somethin with the egg idk the bunker opens or somethin

The knight could be gaster, but there is also evidence for it being kris (other than them opening a fountain in chapter 2). One of the pawns in chapter one refers to you as “horsie” and the horse in chess is the knight. Hmm…
