October 2024 LEGO Store Release Day Shopping in France!!

We traveled to Strasbourg, France to buy the new LEGO sets that release in October 2024!

There are so many new LEGO sets that LEGO released this October 1st - LEGO Fortnite, LEGO Wicked, LEGO Wednesday Addams, the winter village set, Mona Lisa, new Sonic and Minecraft sets, and of course the LEGO Star Wars UCS Jabba's Sail Barge! It's exciting finally getting to see all these sets up close, especially at this store where many of them were built and on display. I can't believe the Belle minifigure finally exists - I've waited YEARS for this and I'm so happy to finally have her :) Lilo and the others too... but mostly Belle haha

It's been a whirlwind of a few weeks! We started in Copenhagen where we were able to vacation with friends for a few days. Next was Billund, Denmark aka the home of LEGO! We attended Fan Media Days (RLFM Days) and had the best time (more content on that soon!!). Then, to the Pfalz region of Germany where we stayed with family, on to Heidelberg, and now today we start our new adventure in Strasbourg, France. If you have any recommendations on what to see in our upcoming travels (LEGOLand Germany, Salzburg, Vienna, Budapest, Prague, Dresden, Berlin, or Frankfurt), please let me know :)

As a massive Wizard of Oz/Wicked fan, I was not keen on the mini dolls but I did get the big doll builds and those look really good

If you go to The Louvre, you can see the real Mona Lisa! From what I’ve heard she’s slightly larger than the Lego version. 😊

So sad we don't have an official Lego store in Bruges, my hometown. We do have a Brickhouse, Brugs Brickhouse, who's in colab with Lego.
