I live in Albemarle but I go to Norwood frequently for my favorite thrift shop, the lake, and do deliveries for Instacart down there. It has always been such a beautiful little town! I hope it gets chosen because in my 40 years of life I can remember that little town being so nice and well maintained. I wish that Albemarle, Norwood, New London, and Badin (my hometown) could be revamped! This whole area has so much history, so many amazing people, and so much potential! I will gladly help anyway I can if Norwood is chosen! The more the merrier I’m sure and I would love to see that town looking as amazing as it possibly can! Maybe then our county will catch on and see that if we want businesses to stay and people to be drawn here they need a place that won’t let them go once they get there! I want our county to be one of those places that people come to visit and leave with a homes guide because they can’t imagine not living here! Good luck to the Town of Norwood!!! I’m rooting for you and like I said I will come help anyway I can!!!

Norwood has no fast food except bo j! It's like the town council doesn't want it to grow and I'm fine with that but we need eating places instead of having to drive 10 miles. You got a lot of rich people here on the lake that could support a franchise to bring new restaurants to the area and fast food that we all like but no. You want food after 2pm, you'll have to got to the Chinese kitchen or Bo
