For someone who has only been doing this for two months, what you’ve shown us has been very impressive. Best of wishes to you.

Misha, or anyone, wear a mask when grinding or dry cutting. Really anytime stone dust is present! Silicosis is a B….! You might thank me 20 years from now!
Great work though! You’re doing everything right.
I’d say instead of scraping the mortar out of the joint the next day go ahead and do it while it’s wet. Saves time and less risk of chipping or scratching the corners.
But really nice work!

Really helpful video. Really well cut. No unnecessary info and speeding up parts of the video so the whole procedure could be seen in a much shorter amount of time was excellent. Thank you very much.

Great explanation Misha… Thank You! I have to watch the next one to see how you clean the mortar after it has dried. Personally, I would have run that little wedge through while it was wet to get about 1/4 inch out to make room for epoxy, then place the wedge and tape. I realize this is porcelain, but for DIYers watching, just word of caution on using tape on natural stone… I wasted expensive white marble when the adhesive from blue painters tape absorbed into stone and was very visible (tried mineral spirits acetone and sand polishing to remove it but no luck) when using natural stone, try frog tape and remove it once the tiles started bonding(usually an hour or two with modified mortar )

Thanks for the videos mate. I'm in the UK and about to reno a flat I just bought. Doing a total demo in the bathroom and installing a wet room. I've never done that before and your videos explain things like I'm 5 years old (that's a good thing).

RAIMONDI BC45 to perform miter cut 45° is a tool that seems doing great and easy work. Never tried since I am working only on my houses but if the tailing is for living Raimondi is huge helper. Thank you for videos!

I was seriously struggling 😒 with Schluter’s edging for my new shower and didn’t want bull nose ... and then I found your channel. Thank you so much for saving my sanity 🥰 of having to look at a metal edge compared to a professional finish. 🙏🏼

Beautiful work and thank you for letting us know where you start with pricing because no one does and I have been doing tile 25 years and find it hard to make anything close to what I make installing planks or click flooring which is my bread and butter. Being 54 I would like to focus on more tile but either have to get faster or charge more lol.

Misha, you did a great job thoroughly explaining your process and pricing! Wish you were in the Chicago area so you could do our bathroom one day... please keep the content coming. Appreciate you sharing all the secrets of the trade.

At 1:17 “I’m not a “pro pro” guy. But you definitely are. Then immediately you perfectly explain how to hold the grinder and the movement and I’ve been looking at tile videos for weeks and most people skip and the detailed yet so necessary information. I practiced and was able to get it so thank you so much. I haven’t polished yet but do you think i could use a hand diamond polisher 200 or 150 instead of polishing pads? I’m on a mega budget. I got scammed so I’m doing it myself

I sent this video to Toll Brothers because they don't know how to do this. Go figure. They should hire you!
