My man has an E63S AMG worth over 100k$ and has Chinese Grenlander tires on it. No wonder it wouldn’t hook on the launch 😵‍💫

That was a fun watch, but all over the place. Tuning is a double edge sword, seems like the only one of the three; would be the RS3. It seemed to be dialed in and delivered consistent results. The 0-100 runs from the 340i is off the charts, the 700+ HP from the Merc shines on the roll and the RS3 just does it all well consistently. Still a hoot to watch these German monsters go.

This is exactly why any tuner worth a damn will tell you to improve cooling before modifying . My Q50s is tuned to 400 AWHP on Ecutek and no one would even touch it until I upgraded the Heat exchanger .

The tuner I went with wouldn’t even tune it unless I had a newer than 2018 because of the transmission issues with the early models.

I’m not saying any of these tuners are bad by any means nor do I know any of the mods for the cars in this video but many of the newer engines are smaller displacement with turbo and are already near the limits from factory.

I have a GLA45 and after a tune the launch control never works as well as stock. Stock, the LC had some delayed reaction, but qas powerful and decent. After tuned, launch good one every 4-5 launch, most of the time just cut the power. Hopefully a custom tune or protune would fix the issue. Now roll race is a complete different animal for a 4cil🔥

Cool races. I just realized the RS3 is running 93 octane. Lo. It’s basically like a handicap. Run it again with the Unitronic stage 2 ethanol tune or DS1 and it will be a completely different set of races.
I own an ims1000 RS3. E85 is the way. 93 oct for road trips only.

I want to see the same race with the RS3 on an E85 tune, that extra 60+hp would have made quite a difference. It's like a totally different car on E85.
