2:21 I did the math with an NBA-sized basketball and it came out to be about 31, 787 basketballs worth of water volume. (This is with using a radius of 4.7 inches.) If you round up to a cubic volume with the length of one edge of the cube being the same as the basketball's diameter, you get a volume of about 16, 644 basketballs. Lots of balls.

California needs to try and collect as much snow as possible, so they have water for agriculture during the dry season.

That statement is so ironic.. the midwest states get big storms ALL THE TIME!! Does David Muir ever report on them? Hardly ever compared to the weather reports on the coastal states. So essentially, bad storms don't matter unless it affects CA or New York (same old crap)
