Northern California braces for more rain, flooding

The National Weather Service is warning Northern California residents to prepare for this week's strong winter storm.

I would think they would say fully charge your electric vehicles since they want to ban fossil fuel vehicles. Imagine losing electricity in the future where there are only electric vehicles.

I think it’s some of your reports you should remind people cars aren’t made to go through flooded streets. Your cars intake acts like a vacuum cleaner. And a cars engine cannot run on water. Which the air cleaner sucks inside the motor. Killing it and leaving you stranded.

Really? The Gulf States get 60-70 mph winds and 10” of rain with many cold fronts. Californians are told to stay home. southerners are told— You will need your pickup truck………

You also don’t know if the road under that water is still there and there can be already sink hole. Drivers need to use common sense.
