The Untold Story Of ROBERT THE DOLL Florida

Have you ever experienced an eerie feeling that something or someone was watching you? That an inanimate object had, in actuality, come alive. In Florida, many people have not only experienced this feeling, but have witnessed it when viewing the infamous toy known as Robert the doll. There are several origin stories as to how Robert came to be and what he is or could be. All of which are explored in this video. But the most agreed upon story of Robert the doll dates back to the early 1900’s when a young boy named Eugene Robert Otto was gifted a doll by his grandfather for his birthday that he had purchased while he was abroad in Germany. Eugene, who everyone called Gene, named the doll Robert and quickly became attached to his new friend. Too attached. Shortly after being introduced to his new friend, Eugene's personality suddenly changes, strange paranormal activity begins to manifest within the family's Florida estate and a deep, guttural voice can be heard, often yelling over their son. This famous story has been told many times, but perhaps you will learn a detail or two you've never heard before by watching this video. This is the untold story of Robert the doll and the malevolent entity that stares at the world, from behind it's beady, little eyes.

I have my own Robert story. I’m a florida native who used to live in the keys on the weekends. Anyway, I went to Robert’s house and I snapped a few pictures of the house. The camera suddenly fell out of my hands and into the floor…but it was strapped on my wrist so I don’t know how that even happened. Decided to look at all the pics I snapped of my trip that night and everything was there except the house pictures. 😮😢

I was in Key West and went to visit Robert back in December. Myself and the 3 people I was with were the only people there. I was respectful and nervous. The weird part is that I thought I was going to feel weird and anxiety-ridden, maybe even petrified, but it was so calm. I didn't get any evil vibes. I was actually shocked at how calm it felt in that room. Hmm, not sure if that's a good thing or not!! Great video. Next time I’m in FL, I should go see Robert in person just for fun. But one question that stayed in my head during this video is, “If the mother knew the doll was causing all this trouble and traumatizing her sweet boy, why didn’t she contact a priest since she was a God fearing woman?” As a mother myself, I know if something was causing any of my sons distress, I’d do what I can to cast out the evil.

Okay I have intense Pediophobia (The fear of dolls and inanimate objects with human like features) but I never learn and i'm constantly freaking myself out with legends/stories like this.
