According to my point of view
Stone falling on the ground is because of the will of God
Why because he can easily Stop it from falling
But God has made world and created it's laws like if stone is thrown up, it will fall down but that doesn't mean God cannot violate this law and make stone do opposite
He can do that but he is not interupting
It's like teacher in examination hall, he can give u answer to the question but he will not because ur teacher want you to do the paper
