I'm a returning player who is blown away by all the changes from the original game. My question is how do you get all the stat numbers that are purple? I don't understand what perks (assuming they are gear perks) that give you that much focus and intel?

Insane sustain. Since i dont have blooddrinker yet i use the ability that gives you 14% health a second for 6 seconds on heal forgot the name.
