BIG CRAPPIE are in the CREEKS! Fishing Post Cold Front

Early spring means BIG weather changes! But, you CAN still catch BIG crappie! Today I’m fishing the same spot featured in my previous upload. But....there’s some BIG differences. 67 degrees last trip, 42 today. Blue bird skies last trip, overcast today. 30 mph wind gusts last trip, dead calm today. That’s the stuff you can expect when it’s early spring. I’m fishing regardless. Originally, I had planned on fishing a small pond, but, the wind wasn’t in my favor for that. So, back to creek I went. Honestly, I wasn’t sure how the drastic weather change would effect these crappie. So, I went in with low expectations.

Great Video! My pre-spawn crappie moved out because of a cold front too. Spent the whole day yesterday looking for some with no luck. Maybe it's because I just got my GoPro back from a warranty claim and was trying to get a video made for my channel! I did subscrib! Happy Fishing!

Not looking for exact location just a question, does that creek dump into a main river or lake just a mile or so down stream or does that matter? Do you have to fish with PANTS ON THE GROUND?!

Nibbles and KVD shad/crawfish scent. The extra due to saliva from mouth on the line and near lure. Seems to work at times.

Can’t believe I missed this video msn I ABSOLUTELY love creek fishing! We have multiple species and you catch a bit of everything I never caught as many crappie though. I gotta try your technique for sure you were slaying them making it look easy I definitely have to go visit my favorite creek
