I would use a ilvl82 base with fractured T1 crit chance or T1 crit multi then use Deal Essences until 3 desired suffixes. Suffixes cannot be changed reforge chaos for guaranteed +1 chaos, Suffixes cannot be changed asking for veiled prefix then craft hits can't be evaded. Eliminates the suffix RNG.

So if i hit crit chance for spells on the reforge crit do i need to restart the craft?

I need to craft this dagger, I just finished my CoC FR build and I’m still using the claw.
