btw, best thing defense wise to do, is to check every single item that drops for SOCKETS! Pick them up and salvage them, create artificer orbs and add 2x sockets to your yellow items. And then add RESISTANCE runes to them, get your resists as high as possible and you'll have a WAY easier leveling experience
Edit: you don't actually need to check every item, it looks like the item name on the ground has 1 or 2 small white square to the right of the item name, if it has 1 or 2 sockets :D

The game feels pretty good difficulty wise. If I reached a wall, it was because there was something I needed to change on my end. Either leveling up gems, improving my gear, etc. Once that was done, I didn't have any issues. You have to stay on top of upgrading your stuff and keeping your resistances high/capped.

farm area where you get exp to level up and get damage nodes. Don't progress fast. Go slow. Get strong with leveling and pooling resources. Fight in an area that's pleasurable, where you like the mobs you are killing. Maybe outdoors. Farm bosses. Farm gold, lots of gold and convert gold to socket orbs by buying socket gear from vendor and breaking it from crafting bench. Socket weapon with runes that increase damage.

Warrior has taken a great deal of patience to continue playing. I think the boss attack cycles could be slowed just a bit. Weapon drops are really lacking for warrior as well.

The farming is the real grind for drops and gear, by the time you reach the next major area you are 2-4 lvls above the place, which is good too.

Bro was like, "Guys just get gear, look i got all these uniques." When the biggest complaint is that gear isn't available lol.

Got tip thats not basic knowledge: You can put dex support gems in spells or spell support gems in attack skills..you wont know if the support gem if usable for the skill until you burn the support gem and try to socket...so only do this when you have all your main skills Gemed out. Dex support gem That adds 2 projectile's can be slotted into a spells you get from two handed staves for example. The gems the game has on there are just recommend ones.

Well, right in the beginning - decent weapon that increased dps x2-x3. Yeah, all my sorcerer drops were... for warrior... Early game drops that you need to progress being for other classes is just not fun.

Just a neat thing for console couch co-op, if you identify your items from the Hooded One, he will identify all items in the inventory of both players at once. So many nice little quality of life additions in this game!
