Bavarian grills Street Food Fish from the Charcoal Grill which we would like to introduce to you in this amazing “Street Food Berlin Germany” Episode with extra length.
Jürgen, who comes from Bavaria, and his Fresh Fish from the Charcoal Grill is an absolute exception in Berlin. Not only because he brought this Tradition of grilling Fish from Southern Germany to Berlin, but also the uniqueness of offering grilled Fish and grilled Seafood Delicacies as Street Food in his adopted Home of Berlin.
The Traditional Bavarian „Steckerlfisch“ is Fish grilled on a Stick (“Steckerl”, Bavarian for small stick, stick) and is a Specialty from the Bavarian Foothills of the Alps (Alpenvorland), Upper Austria (Oberösterreich) and Burgenland and is grilled here in a slightly different way in grill tongs.
For Fish Lovers, it is the Culinary Paradise at Berlin's weekly markets and its warm, friendly hospitality invites everyone to linger for a longer period of time. We wish everyone “An Guadn!”, as one wishes „Bon Appetit“ in Bavarian Accent.

Danke für die Videos. Ich fände es cool wenn so grob die Zeiten eingeblendet werden also Uhrzeit Start Vorbereitungen - Uhrzeit auf dem Weg zum Markt - Uhrzeit Start Verkauf usw. Veilleicht wäre das ja was für die Zukunft.
