Power Automate Tutorial - How to connect a Rest API

Hello automation enthusiasts:-)
This is the third video of a new series on Power Automate that I am creating. Microsoft with the purchase of Softmotive has become a major RPA vendor, and understanding how Power Automate fits into the automation landscape is important.

In this video, you will learn how to create a PowerAutomate script that will connect to a REST API and retrieve IMB open and close prices. After that, the flow will decide if on that day the stock has gained and send an email accordingly. This is an RPA tutorial for beginners that will teach you how to get started with Power Automate. In more detail, we will see how to connect a rest API via GET with PowerAutomate.

We will use the following apps: Google Calendar and Gmail. It's going to be fun and informative.

At the very beginning of the video, I was wondering how is he getting live stock data from a "LinkedIn" API endpoint. I'm glad you caught that mistake and corrected it for everyone to see that this can often happen. No big deal. Good video.
