Just bought a Verizon note 10 plus from an individual for a incredible price (was definitely to good to be true) but it's locked was listed as unlocked so called Verizon and they said send it back (even though i paid for it I'd get nothing and I'm out 700 dollars) not gonna do that shop will your unlock work for a phone that's not paid off and will it be permanent

I bought a Verizon Note 10 plus 5G from someone on facebook. The phone is already unlocked but I can't get 5G signal on my T-mobile sim card it still says 4G when I insert my Tmobile sim card. I have another T-mobile phone 5G capable the LG V60 dual screen and I get the 5G signal just fine using the same sim card that I have. Can you fix it so I can receive the 5G signal from T-mobile on this Note 10 plus 5 G phone from Verizon?
