Wow Mike! When I think of all the hundreds of ladyfish I've thrown back over the years...especially back in the day when we would catch 50 or more per day at the power plants on the Indian River during cold snaps, and I never kept one them...I will definitely have to try this out on the next one I catch.

I've got some blues I caught this morning at the jetty on the smoker right now, per one of your other videos, gonna make some smoked fish dip for a party this weekend.

Keep the great videos coming Mike, you do an awesome job and I have learned a lot from you. And people are definitely noticing, you've picked up 300 subscribers in the week and a half since I found your channel. My two sons and I are three of them.

Living in Ohio we go after Walleye and Crappie, AKA Specks in Florida. I like using McCormicks Fish n Chip batter. Mix with water and add a touch of salt, until its the consistency of pancake batter. Dip my fillets and then, roll in plain bread crumbs. Drop in the deep fat fryer. Oh my my, add a squeeze of lemon to taste, or dipping sauce of your choice. they are tasty with crinkle cut fries!
