Field Exchange | Creative Climate Action

Field Exchange is presented by Brookfield Farm in collaboration with artists Deirdre O’Mahony and John Gerrard. Working with a group of 30 farmers, experts, interested public and artists met and exchanged ideas once a week for 12 weeks over the summer.

These Field Exchanges brought together art, food, and agriculture and created opportunities for everyone to exchange ideas about how to combat climate change, as well as about production and consumption.

Field Exchange is a recipient of the inaugural Creative Climate Action Fund, an initiative from the Creative Ireland Programme in collaboration with the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications that supports creative, cultural and artistic projects that build awareness around climate change and empower citizens to make meaningful behavioural transformations.
