Ask ko po, what is the best thing po to do, if the case is weak against the accused rape. It has been more than a year now, since. Noon pa man po, mukhang extortion ang nangyari. The person (nag-accused) was asking for P300, 000 but the accused & the relatives of the accused didn't pay because he was innocent po.
