Would it be a problem if I was to include a subheading beneath The title Leaving Home?

My 3 subheadings were "Transitioning to University", "Prepare Emotionally" and "Adapt and thrive".

I have a query sir. I am from Pakistan, I gave my English AS level exam recently, and in paper 2, q 1a we were supposed to write a beginning of a story called 'The voice' where you receive a message from an answerphone, me and many other candidates were confused about the exact meaning of an answerphone, I made a huge blunder and wrote about a call from a telephone instead, although the story was well-written I wanted to ask how many marks would be deducted for this under content and relevance I'm so worried :P . I usually get 12 marks in this specific part.
