I downloaded Fifa 19 from ROMSPURE, after downloading I formatted my USB to ntfs and put the ISO into PS3ISO file, then when running the iso on ps3 it shows "An error occurred during the start operation", then someone said I must update it, I updated now it shows black screen

Uhm the problem with my console is that I can't use any pkg file, the console just dies to a black screen.

I don’t know if this is related but I solved this problem changing the external drive to the second usb port of the ps3. Using the first one I always get the black screen no matter what I do. Mentioning here cause maybe this could help someone else.

when i try to launch irisman the filemanager app sometimes it goes black screen mode like wtf

What I did was well I had the game opened. I switched back to my normal TV screen like the home of it and then I went back to the HDMI one or whatever one you chose and it loaded it up again.

Hi, 4 hours ago I was playing Rdr1 completely fine, and now launching it again its stuck on black screen, like why 😭

Its not a game the games are fine, its the apps that go black screen.

What worked for me was to click on game settings then press start to load the game. It will install for a bit, and then once it is finished the game launched for me. I also had Direct Boot setting enaled instead of BD Mirror

neither of those worked for me. I'm trying to load house of the dead overkill and I always get black screen 😢

If this doesn't work, you might try using MultiMAN to convert the game to an ISO, if your game is in folder format. I had this problem when trying to run MGS 3 from the HD Collection and it was just giving me a black screen, wouldn't load or anything. Converting it to an ISO fixed the problem.
