So what do we do if we don’t have that bar you have to pull the suspension down? Or where would we get one like that?

I saw on another video that you’re supposed to tighten that final bolt when the vehicle is on the ground.

When people say snug tight with bolts what’s that actually mean? Because I need it to be snug tight before using the torque wrench.

But more tricky with an Australian Ford BA 2004…I would think any ideas: Sydney Australia:

Great video, buddy! Having just installed one rear coil spring on my Fiesta, I'm hesitant about trying the other one. It was a bastard job without a pry bar - had to compress the spring and then very tricky to install and get the damn compressors off. I was wondering, if I get one of those pry bars that you used, would I have enough clearance when working with jack stands? I can't get the car as high as you did and was curious to see if there would be enough room. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much. Andy

Thanks. Should there not be some sort of rubber buffer in there somewhere? Just wondering, as my sons superior makes hell of a bang going over certain bumps, but his has no rubber shock absorber/buffer either and was wondering if something was missing(?).
All the best 👍🏾🛠🇬🇧
