The maps:
The logic is a way to show story progression through the maps. So part 1 is in the city where you puck up spider zero and then part to moved you to the shrine that spiderzero needs to go to.

The gameplay is what the game lives or does by and I love it. But I agree that the patch notes are a travesty

This game is either gonna fumble based on all the comp players from ow2 gonna complain bout the competitiveness of the game while the game is gonna be a chill casual game without worrying bout picking the right character since it’s been the meta forever like how ow2 is. opposed to choosing a character that’s fun and you’re great at, using your skill of the character to win matches.

My laptop can run overwatch 2 at 120 fps with no fps drops, this game runs at 40-50 with heavy fps spikes and it's really annoying, theres no excuse for optimization like that. I really hope they fix it when the game launches cuz the game is really good.

I think the patch notes tried to avoid numbers to not discourage people from playing their favorite characters and hopefully when the game launches they will be more direct with numbers and percentages etc.

I play on xbox series x. I have noticed zero optimization issues and have very little issue with clutter. Way less than overwatch.
That said I'm an Iron Man player so I'm often a bit more removed from the fight and have a birds eye view.

Edit, I love Luna Snows ultimate, everyone stays close to her which makes for a great 3k with Iron Man ult. Or a Scarlet Witch ult.

I have one big issue with the game outside of balance voiceacting and all the mentioned points: I think it has to do with the feedback of the game. Hulks fists for example should feel powerful and yet they feel pathetic in a very similar way to nyx from paladins. There is a certain lack of weight and impact in most of the characters with the movement feeling very stiff. Overwatch on the other hand is really really good at this, making each ability impactful especially if it makes sense: Dva remech, Winstons Jump, Doomfist Punching someone into a wall and many more give you such amazing feedback for your abilities.

The Game is still fun but its never going to be serious competition for overwatch

Y’all are glorifying this game cause you haven’t played it long enough to be annoyed by their crap yet. It’s way less optimized than ow and it basically copied everything from gameplay to character design and has a plethora of balancing issues. Yall biased right now.
