Banned butterfly mines discovered by Ukrainian soldiers

Butterfly mines are on an international banned list but #Ukraine soldiers claim to have discovered them as they regain territory occupied by Russian forces.

Although both sides have a stockpile of the mines, only Ukraine has agreed never to use them.
