TOTALLY AGREE with you on the raspberry jam, they are underrated. I personally don't like raspberries because they are much more sour than the other berries, but I can never resist some raspberry jam

You need to butter some croissant or sliced bread and then sprinkle some sugar mixed with cinnamon on the cut sides and caramelise it. Game changer. Even put peanut butter and jam on top to make it a sandwich or sandwich open face sandwich. It’s so good. Even a bit of lotus Biscoff spread is a cheeky alternative to the caramelised cinnamon sugar.

I make this on a weekly basis.. stuffinggg bananas and walnuts in the mid and a little bit of honey on top.. also yeah!! Toasting is the way to go
