That was not a flame out it was just a stall caused by a sticky compressor bleed valve

The same exact 707 omega tanker lands here at Mather Field AFB for me it’s pretty common I see it fly pretty low

Omega needs to start using those KC-10's that are now being retired and stored by the Air Force way too early. I know they are expensive to fly and maintain but they still have lot's of service life left in them. Sad to see them go for the KC-46.
