Pasta Grannies share Maria Grazia's Neapolitan lasagna

Maria Grazia moved from Milan to Naples to marry her husband - and his mother taught her this recipe which includes a rich meaty tomato sauce, meatballs, mozzarella and ricotta for its filling. And dried pasta. The town of Gragnano, is just down the road and it is the epicentre of dried pasta production in Italy.
