Pasta Grannies enjoys 91 year old Enrichetta's Christmas ravioli from Genova!

91 year old Enrichetta lives in the mountains behind Genova in Liguria, north west Italy. And she has been busy preparing special ravioli, which are served with dried maccheroni pasta in a meat broth. The filling includes marjoram, borage and offal, but don't let that put you off. These are aromatic and delicious and a great way to celebrate Christmas.
