He definitely was really upset at Ryan, but I think he’s embarrassed about it now so he’s not being totally honest about it

It was incredibly cool Reynolds reached out to him after that. Most celebrities would’ve either fired back publicly or just moved on.

He personally attacked Reynolds, calling him insecure, and then acts like he wasn't upset or trying to stir up trouble. This kind of gaslighting is why he has been kicked off of shows and films and relegated to the dustbin. Show some accountability for once.

If you listened to the podcast of him talking about Ryan Reynolds it was definitely more than him telling a story. He was talking his shit, and saying that Michael Bay didn’t like Reynolds, saying he wouldn’t work with him again, made a jab comment about how he’d been in more movies than Reynolds. Guy was on a douche tirade. I don’t really give a shit about Ryan Reynolds, but Miller is just covering his ass here.

Imagine the media taking your own words in context. GASP.

He said he’d never work with him again. He said he’s insecure. You said it bro! Can’t deny that. Just killed your career there. Can tell Ryan is actually a good genuine guy.

His character’s name is “Weasel” Seems fitting considering how fake he is but regardless I really hope he is in Deadpool 3 because him and Ryan have amazing chemistry

I like TJ's work but he said a lot more then one negative thing / clickbait. He even dry snitched on Michael Bay and said how he wasn't fond of Reynolds either. aviato ✌

Let's be real. Does the media clickbait by taking things out of context and inferring someone meant something they didnt? Of course. But TJ 100% didnt get taken out of context or clickbaited. I have no problem with what he originally said. If he feels Ryan Reynolds was a dick that's his right to feel that way and talk about it. But dont fucking play the victim and blame everyone else when you're the one responsible for the whole situation.

TJ said he would not work with Ryan again.... then all of the sudden he says "oh it was nothing"... TJ is coming off as a big phony here

Bro there was nothing "misconstrued" about what you said. You attacked the man. Straight up. Sounded jealous an said way more negatives than positives about him. Ryan was the bigger man and reached out to you to address the issue rather than do what you did and bash him publicly instead of try to talk to him. He was even asked on Adams show if he brought up the issue to Ryan and TJ responds with "no what's the point?" Dude let this fester for years an tried to take down Ryans image with some bs.

Ryan has some charisma.

TJ: I hate that guy.

Ryan: I'm sorry.

TJ: I love that guy

Even if Ryan Reynolds did personally single out TJ Miller like that, the dude honestly deserves it

He's really back pedaling here. He was trashing him and swore he wouldn't work with him again. I don't think TJ is a very good person, and this ain't the first time.

TJ should be so lucky to have a friend like Ryan who showed concern about him rather than talk down about him

MISCONSTRUED.... no! These are verbatim quotes that are even WORSE in context:

"Kate (his wife) thinks he hates... Kate thinks he's super frenemy with me, or he just hates me. I could see him hating me."
"He's so quick and he's so funny, so I love him as a comedian, but I think after he got super famous from the first Deadpool... then... he... yeah, things kind of changed"
"Would I work with him again... no."
"He's really nice???" (sarcastically)
"I KIND OF... wish him well..."
"I think he's kind of an insecure dude"
"Or he's so diluted that he's like "Everyone loves me... so TJ probably just wishes he could work with me again".
(About his marriage to Blake) "I think both of them, their public image is VERY well curated... and that's really all I know what to say about that."

He complimented him about being quick and funny, but it was sandwiched in between A LOT of negative things about him, including his marriage, when he said he only met Blake ONCE, but looked at pictures?! He's just lying now, but we had the feeling he was doing that in the first interview too. Ryan gets so much praise from people, so it wasn't adding up. I see this whole situation with Ryan like his situation of calling in a bomb threat on the train when a woman was looking her purse a lot when he had been drinking... he's just living in his own world and feels comfortable telling everyone about it. Kind of like how his version of what happened on Silicon Valley is completely different from what the rest of the guys said. I don't have it out for the guy either, I liked him as a stand-up, on the S.V., and all the movies he's been in, but his behavior had been off for 4-5 years now. And yes, I know about his health condition, but if he's not "all there", then maybe the best thing for him is to not be thrown in front of a large audience, or if he is, then people should be made aware that what he might thinking and saying could be "off". This should be done for other people's protection, but also his own, because this is all quite damaging.
