Talking to WWE Kane

My dad surprised me with a visit to meet Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs also known as Kane the wrestler in the WWE. I asked him how he makes the fire come out of the turnbuckles.

Met Kane at an autograph signing in New York in 1999. He wore a black sweater and sweatpants but still had the full mask. It was before he spoke at all, so he couldn’t talk to the fans, but he had an enthusiastic handshake and was more than willing to sign a second autograph for my brother who wasn’t there. Bless him he was so nervous and Glenn Jacobs didn't know to do with the situation .I think if Glenn had sat down he probably would have been less intimidating for the boy ☺It was cool the boy did get to meet his idol ❤

People who’ve never seen Kane in person have no idea how big he is. I remember, VIVIDLY, going with my dad to the Smokey Mountain Wrestling events back in the day. He wasn’t Kane back then, he was Unabomb. Up until that time, I had NEVER seen a human so HUGE!

Met Kane at a Horror Con last year in my hometown. Such a great guy in real life. I took a photo with him and even got some artwork signed by him. There isn’t nearly enough respect on this man’s name

Met Kane in 2013 for an autograph. Absolute gentleman and was quite chatty while wearing the mask which was a nice touch.

I can’t emphasize enough though that this guy is absolutely massive. I’m 6ft and workout regularly and weight 225lbs of muscle…Kanes forearm is bigger than my bicep and that’s even when I flex it 😂
