Kane will always be one of my favorites. For a "Big Man", he was pretty light on his feet. Plus, even when they put him in some out-of-the-box pairings, he somehow made it work. Despite being brought in as essentially an evil mirror of the Undertaker, he quickly forged his own unique identity and became an iconic figure in the WWE. Plus, I never got tired of hearing Jim Ross talk about "hellfire and brimstone" :)
