Leaking Keihin PZ 26mm Carburetor

Brief video showing petrol leak from engine side of where bowl joins body and overflow tube while engine is running

I looked this problem up and found this video. Thanks for posting. With the advice of other commenters, I was able to fix it with a mallet. 😇

Looks like the float is stuck or the needle is stuck in the seat. Take it apart and clean it or could be the float level adjustment. I just realized how long ago this was haha

overlow either due to rich mixture and damaged floater valve

I mean if you left the bike sitting for a while with gas still in the carb bowl

it would gum up and seize the float needle in place.. just clean things up maybe blow compressed air through all the orifices should work 🤷🏻‍♂️

but if it still pisses gas on the ground

just adjust the float level slightly lower so it closes up sooner

or replace the float needle and the float needle seat

I watched a video and where the gas’s is leaking there is a bolt under the carburetor un tighten it and blow compressed air up where it leaks

Boa noite quantos mm mede o carburador da Titan 150 e 26mm ou 24mm tenho uma fan 2007 ela tá com comando bravo e carburador original dela mesmo com um gicle de 100 de alta reaberto um pouco queria mas final ela da 125km a 130km a favor do vento qual carburador carburador fica melhor o da Titan 150 ou ou um pz26 o carburador original dela mesmo prende muito de final

Could be a bad or damage seal or float levels too high

Hey, i also have same issue in carburetor causes outlet flow of fuel gets leak everytime you run the engine... i had cleaned carburetor, checked fuel mixture, no issue in vavle...😢 unable to understand what to do ..i have euro 2 engine bike with keihin carburetor. Any suggestions will be a great help. Thanks🎉

Float needs adjusted letting in too much, that’s an overflow

Buy new carbeurator if it is more than 10 years old
