Chicco Next Fit installed rear-facing with seat belt

This video shows how to install the Chicco Next Fit (or Next Fit Zip) rear-facing using the vehicle's shoulder and lap belt.

When adjusting the angle of recline, make sure to keep babies who can not sit unsupported as reclined as possible - older kids who can sit unsupported may sit more upright, so long as the recline level is within the rear-facing range.

Your seat is tightly installed when it moves less than 1 inch side to side.

Do you have a video demonstrating installation of this same seat, but forward facing? Thanks for your videos, they are a HUGE help!

How much wiggle are you getting at the rear of the seat (rear facing)?  We used this video and while the front of the seat is against the car's seat back and is very secure, the baby car seat wiggles alot where the baby will be.  We tried both LATCH and the belt, did not change no matter how much we pushed the seat down before tensing the belt.  We have two seats, one for each vehicle, 2011 Nissan Altima and 2006 Saturn Vue.

Thank you for the Video. Is this car seat suitable for a Sedan Car?

I don't know if you'll still check this but do you (or will you make one) have a video showing how to do this with inflatable seat belts? My car has those and the owners manual for my car explains how to use the belt for seat installation but it's a bit confusing. The latch in the center is too far apart to use so I have to use the belt.

I just got one and used the anchor method for installation. its secure but does the car seat need to be in the middle or closer to the door or does it even matter at all?
