2. Get a T5 Screwdriver
3. Unscrew the screws from both sides of the hinges
4. Remove the broken headband from the Beats Studio 3 Wireless
5. Remove the headband cushion from the Beats By Dre Studio 3 Wireless
6. Get the new headband and insert it into both hinges
7. Clip the headband cushion onto the headband
8. Make sure the wire is in the correct place (between the rubber pieces)
9. Now get back to jamming out 🎧

But hey, I'm just writing this down so that it says something down here, because that's more professional right?) and if you're still reading along at this point you might as well sit down and grab some popcorn because this is about to trail on about how we are this premiere repair service located in Washington State North of Seattle in basically the "Armpit of the US" near Mt baker (Mt Baker has the world record for most snowfall at 1,140 inches in a season). Even though it can smell bad around here we love the fresh air and being near the post office and in a quiet sleepy mountain town certainly gives us much closer access to Team Turtle and Team Beaver (Watch our "Who, what, when and where is JoesGE?" video if you don't get the reference).
All this to basically say that we are all addicted to coffee and stay in the warehouse for ridiculously long hours in order to keep up with the demands of the youth for these two sided head audio devices and speakers that float when you throw them in the ocean or in your bathtub to test if they actually float. On top of that we do like it when less stuff ends up in landfills so we hoard everything on shelves with wheels so that we pollute less, it just sits in our warehouse loosing molecules slowly over time degrading to become smaller and smaller.

If you are still reading at this point you deserve an award, or a high five, or something because you must either be the most patient person on the planet, or you read blogs frequently. And if the latter is the case, then this whole thing must seem pretty short so lets keep going.

Small warning! My headband cushion had a ton of sticky glue like tape making it very hard to put back together. Now the cushion edges can come undone manually but it doesn't come out of fall off when on my head. HOWEVER, this was entirely my fault and this video was excellent. It's a small price to pay for my headband to not be snapped. Thank you!

Wow amazing!! I went to geek squad they said send to Apple for $200 replacement because yours are beyond repair. I called Apple they said send it in for $140 repair but if any problems, you are on your own. I bought this kit for $22 on Amazon and fixed it in less than 10 minutes!!! Thank you!!! I’m also like wtf how is there this many ppl with the same problem for beats’ best product....that shows u the quality hahaha anyways thanks and I hope I help somebody else to confidently do this bc it saved me!

This worked!!! So much cheaper than bringing them to Apple! I have the exact same beats (same color and everything), and when I was taking them off my head I accidentally dropped them from about a 5ft height and this exact part broke (right side and everything). You are a lifesaver thank you!!!

Awesome just did it and it worked great. You guys should consider sending extra screws though. I was terrified of losing the screws and did not have a white surface to work on.
