Owen Wilson prepared for his role as Agent Mobius by having Tom Hiddleston explain the Marvel Cinematic Universe to him. Most actors read the comics or do background research when they take on a marvel role to prepare themselves for the role better. However, Owen Wilson felt like he would enjoy playing his role better if he had Tom Hiddleston explain the universe to him instead. So, all of Owen Wilson’s knowledge and preparation for the role resulted from listening to Tom Hiddleston.

Tom Hiddleston prepared what were called “Loki lectures, ” and they apparently involved a whiteboard and diagrams. The rest of the cast and crew were so excited so they joined in too. Even Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie (who were on the set next door filming TFATWS) said that they desperately tried to get off set for a few minutes to run over and join in 😂

He even called it his "Loki Lessons" they went for like 1 hour each and one time Tom even showed up in the middle of the night to Owen's brother's house to continue talking about stuff lol
