Furious 7: Which Brian O'Conner Scenes Weren't Paul Walker

Following Paul Walker's death in 2013 during the production of Furious 7, some scenes were completed using CGI and his brothers as body doubles.
After Paul Walker died in 2013 during the filming of Furious 7, director James Wan faced the difficult task of giving Walker's character, Brian O'Conner, a proper send-off from the franchise. Indeed, Paul Walker's Fast and Furious scenes have come to define the vast majority of the action, crime, and street racing movie saga. Producer Neal Moritz said that in the immediate aftermath of Paul Walker's death, they were so lost that they thought they would have to cancel the movie, but instead its ending had to be changed.

Paul Walker did more than half of the movie which was confirmed by James Wan and the producers, but they also confirmed that some of his shots were replaced by Cody to make some changes so it’s easy to notice which ones was him when you see a difference with the eye colors

We all know Paul Walker was cgi in Furious 7, they did bring Brian back at the end of F9 because he drove his signature Nissan Skyline, Brian came back for the flashback sequence in Fast X which Director Louis Leterrier said You'll see Brian in the past You won't see Brian in the present, the footage of Paul Walker in Fast X was reused footage from Fast Five, and they said they'll give Brian a sendoff in Fast 11, my theory is Brian will come back in Fast 11 or Fast 12 even if it's a cameo appearance I'll be happy they brought him back to conclude the franchise. #BringbackBrian

They did a very BAD job with all the CGI car scenes, especially the one in which Brian supposedly looks at Dom for his goodbyes. His eyes focus nowhere, they just have an empty stare. It is very easy to know there is something really off in that scene even of you didn't know that Paul Walker had died.

You know the worth of the actor when they couldnt replace the actor for that specific character rather change the whole script for the franchise

I don't understand why his brothers weren't playing Brian in fast 9 and X. Who says he has to look exactly like Paul? The fans will accept it. As long as the character is still being featured, it will be good for the movie. Without Brians presence, the movies aren't the same. You can't show Mia if you aren't going to show Brian. They got away with it in the last movie because it was about Mia's brother Jakob. But they couldn't get away with not showing him in Fast X. They need to have him in the next two movies. CGI doesn't have to be perfect. Just as long as Brian is there that's all that matters. At least Cody sounds like Paul so that's a massive plus. The fans know what happened to Paul, so they're not going to question anything about why Brian not looking exactly like Paul Walker is not the same. Sure, it's not the same, but the fans will 100% accept it. They should have either replaced Paul Walker and recast him, or continued the cgi work they did for Part 7. That was almost ten years ago and the cgi looks great. Ten years later, the cgi has improved. Especially with all the deep fake and ai. So they can definitely make it work for the next movie. I will be so annoyed if Brian doesn't return for the next movie

See there’s some scenes I could tell and some I couldn’t, but one thing I never noticed was when Paul and vin line up one last time. You can hear how robotic Paul’s voice is😢 where he says about leaving without a good bye. Only caught onto it today
